Bar & Restaurant Venue Manager - Approved Manager

The newly established Le Cruz Bar & Restaurant requires the services of a Venue Manager & Approved Managers, we are situated on Canning Highway in the heart of Applecross

We require management and staff to deliver outstanding customer service and are seeking talented, passionate and experienced managers to elevate our establishment to the next level.   

Manager's responsibilities include:

• Building teams that are passionate, positive, enthusiastic, motivated & honest
• Forge loyal relationships with guests and locals to promote repeated clientele
• Maximise and identify opportunities to sell our products and experiences that suit the needs of our guests
• Management of financial cost measures including beverage and wage costs
• Hands on managers that leads by example
• Exceptionally well organised with the ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency
• provide an unforgettable experience to our guests

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• RSA & Approved Managers Hospitality Working Certification
• Availability to work hospitality hours
• Ability to manage conflict, remain calm under pressure and work unsupervised
• Talent for customer service with a vibrant and outgoing nature
• Ability to perform in high-pressure service periods and high stress situations.
• Outgoing and professional with great team motivational skills
