CQ Bar is a modern pub in the heart of the Cbd. We can host up to 1000 patrons across our multiple rooms, weekdays and weekends. Our Modern Bar serves as a vibrant community watering hole, serving thirsty patrons their favourite ales at after-work drinks and all weekend long. We have 2 stunning outdoor spaces with a sports bar area and a pool table for all to enjoy.
Weekends we run different nightclub promotions in our outdoor space at the back of the venue
Qualifications & experience
- Minimum of 4 years hospitality experience, 2 years of supervising experience
- Cocktail knowledge is a must
- Good product knowledge of beer, wine & spirits
- Experience in large venues with multiple departments; Restaurants, bar & functions
Tasks & responsibilities
- Open and Closing Responsibilities
- Responding to bookings and function clients in a professional manner
- Supervising staff throughout shift with daily tasks and procedures
