Thousand Pound Wine Bar & Store, affiliated with the All Saints Estate Pty Ltd brand, is an exciting, vibrant Wine Bar, situated in the beautiful and hip Victorian regional township of Rutherglen, and we are seeking a motivated, fun and vivacious individual to fulfill the role of Hospitality Supervisor.
Open Thursday to Sunday evenings from 5.30pm til late, this is a part-time position that may lead to a full-time role for the right candidate providing the opportunity to work across a number of other venues that fall under the All Saints Estate banner.

Your responsibilities:
- Leadership: Set the standard for exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Mixology Magic: Craft creative cocktails and mocktails that surprise and delight our guests.
- Inventory Management: Keep tabs on stock levels and order supplies to ensure seamless operations.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure a smooth bar experience.
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with patrons and provide memorable experiences.
- Problem Solving: Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude and keep the bar running smoothly.
- Flexible and Adaptive: Willingness to work across other venues within the business to meet business needs
About you:
- Previous hospitality, bartending and management experience a must.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Knowledge of wine, beverage trends and a passion for mixology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Requirement to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
