Form of workGambaro Group, is seeking experienced & passionate Bar Supervisor to lead our enthusiastic teams at our newly open restaurant on the Gold Coast.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead & drive our team to deliver memorable guest experiences in line with our brand and reputation.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Experience in a similar role within a high volume A la Carte restaurant
- Good knowledge of new world and old world wines
- Experience in engineering cocktails and cocktail list
- Good knowledge of cost control and labour management
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- Immaculate presentation
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with a confident, engaging and professional approach
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Curating an unforgettable and personalised experience for our guests from start to finish
- Able to take directions and work autonomously
- Hands on Supervisor who leads by example
