As a Bar Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, leading a team of bartenders, and delighting our guests with exceptional cocktails and service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing procedures
- Leading and training a team of bartenders to provide high-quality service and uphold our standards of excellence
- Developing and implementing creative and seasonal drink menus in collaboration with management
- Maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring costs to ensure profitability
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations - Handling guest feedback and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a bar or similar establishment
- Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, and beer
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
- A passion for delivering memorable experiences and exceeding guest expectations
