Form of workMandurah Country Club is seeking a Bar Supervisor.
Located in the heart of Halls Head with spectacular views of the golf course and ocean, Mandurah Country Club was awarded the Western Australia Metropolitan Golf Facility of the Year 2017, 2019, 2022 and is a highly regarded club within the Peel community.
With over 1100 members in addition to the many non-member visitors per year, this is a fantastic position for a hospitality industry job.
Operating seven days per week, there is great flexibility around working days, with the majority of shifts being day into early evening. There are busy function periods in November and December and requirements for functions during the full year however, the general hours and flexibilities are excellent.
This is a full time hands on bar role that supports the kitchen and F&B Manager, so experience in the following will be highly regarded:
- Ordering and stock controls.
- Staff supervision.
- Cleanliness and presentation of the facility.
- Food service.
- Customer service focused .
