Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and consistency.
• Ensure the highest quality of coffee by following standard recipes and procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, including equipment and serving areas.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
• Assist in supervising and guiding cafe staff during shifts.
• Collaborate with the management team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels of coffee beans, supplies, and other essentials.
• Collaborate with the management team to implement and maintain operational policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive and cohesive workplace culture.

• Proven experience as a Barista, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is a plus.
• Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
