We are in a hunt for an experienced Bartender (Alchemist) to join our team.
Our Bartender (Alchemist) is integral to the success of Work Club, with this role responsible for creating and driving the bar and associated member experiences. In order to create a conducive environment, our bartenders must be proactive in ensuring the Work Club members feel comfortable by initiating conversation and facilitating conversations and introductions between members.
The role will have a strong focus on service and guest and member experience. To achieve optimum results in this role, interpersonal skills and a natural passion for food and beverages will be key.
• Ensuring seamless service and maintaining a positive work environment.
• Foster exceptional customer relationships by engaging with guests, offering beverage recommendations, and ensuring their hospitality experience is memorable.
• Support the F&B operations with special events, beverage tastings, and promotions to attract a diverse clientele and enhance the service experience.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, standards and liquor laws.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on bartending background and the passion for quality and excellence. You will be outgoing, creative and eager to share your desire to achieve highest quality service standards and you should possess following skills and experiences:
• Must have revious bar experience, bar or venue pre-opening experience is a plus
• Creative, fun, and innovative approach to beverage menu (including hot beverages), events and hospitality experiences
• A passion for hospitality, from the front and developing brand relationships
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be guest focused
• Have a current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol - NSW)
