Marketing Officer

A2Z Care Plus (nationally approved) is a leading registered NDIS provider that has been delivering high-quality support services to its clients for 5 years. They are currently looking for a qualified, experienced and dynamic Marketing Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, a passion for excellence, and a vision for the future expansion of the business nationally and the growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
• Liaise with media and advertising to promote our company
• Collaborate with the team to develop content for advertising campaigns.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in business, marketing, management, or in a related field that equivalent to the bachelor’s degree.
• 2+ years of experience in Business Marketing.
• Currently studying social work or working in nurse field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work part-time (5 days per fortnight)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite along with MS-Excel and Power Point.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Experience with NDIS field is highly desirable.

Schedule:

8-hour shift (Fixed shift)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree or higher.

• Business Marketing: 2 years (Required)
• NDIS: 1 year (Preferred)
• Language: English (Required)
