We are currently seeking passionate, energetic, and motivated individuals at various levels of experience, including waitstaff, bartenders, and baristas, to join our exciting and expanding team. Successful applicants would ideally have experience in quality, high-volume venues and possess the following skills and attributes:

• Experience in this role working in a quality establishment;
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and wine;
• Excellent customer service skills;
• Good communication and organizational skills along with sound decision-making;
• Available to work nights and weekends;
• Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure;
• Hold a valid RSA;
• Have full Australian working rights

The Role

ēmmē is searching for a charismatic and experienced bartender to join our team. Your role will include providing exceptional customer service and consistent high-quality drink service, as well as assisting on the floor as required.

The Responsibilities

• Exceptional cocktail and wine knowledge.
• Delivery of exceptional and professional guest service, ensuring all guests receive the high standard of service required, at all times.
• Coffee Barista Skills are a plus.
• Knowing the classic and love a chat.
• Providing all customers with memorable, personal, and unique drinking and dining experiences.
• Performing regular stocktakes.
• Bar preparation, set-up, and standards are maintained to the highest level.
• Exceptional personal presentation.
• Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
