Batcher/Loader Operators Required

Programmed Skilled Workforce are currently seeking experienced Batcher and/or Loader Operators for our client in Pinkenba. 

Our client is a leading national provider of premixed concrete, aggregates, and sands, serving the commercial, industrial, civil, and residential construction sectors. Successful applicants can expect to work within a well-established team, for a large company with great opportunities for career growth. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Process orders and complete sales transactions for pre-mixed concrete deliveries 
• Batch concrete according to precise mix designs using computerized systems 
• Utilize software applications and complete necessary documentation to manage scheduling and coordinate truck movements within the region.
• Maintaining positive relationships with company clients.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous Yard Work experience (highly regarded) 
• Front End Loader License (advantageous, but not mandatory)
• HR Licence (ideal, but not essential)
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
