As part of our clients dedicated team, you will be pivotal in ensuring top-tier service, enhancing their customers' experience, and contributing to the smooth operation of this locally owned and operated dealership. You will be the backbone of our client’s service department, ensuring precision and efficiency at every turn.
Your responsibilities will include:
- overseeing service repair orders to ensure adherence to correct servicing schedules.
- verifying that vehicle information is accurately recorded.
- checking manufacturer portals for any service bulletins or recalls.
- preparing key identification tags for vehicles scheduled for servicing.
- serving as a backup to the service booking receptionists, managing incoming calls, and arranging service bookings.
- collaborating with service and parts team members.
- performing data entry, filing, and various ad hoc tasks as needed.
