The Opportunity
Brisbane City Jaguar Land Rover, located in Newstead, have an opportunity for a Service Receptionistto join our well established team. With a highly employee-centric leader, the opportunities for development are endless. This is not your every day Receptionist role, this crucial role is focused on ensuring our valued customers are receiving first class service during their interaction with you. This will be achieved by delivering friendly, professional and prompt communication over the phone & in person, in order to maintain and deliver a Modern Day Luxury Experience alongside your team,with the unified goal of “One Team, One Vision”.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Service Receptionist who is prepared to go above and beyond for our valued customers. This is a fast-paced role in which you will work with a diverse team and customer base and be required to juggle multiple priorities to ensure that customers are always our number one focus.

As our new Service Receptionist, you will be
- Connecting with customers at the desk and over the phone, build rapport quickly and act with integrity- always
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience with a high level of professionalism - Modern Day Luxury Experience
- Being hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made- we are human after all
- Using your owner’s mindset to manage your time, prioritise the important tasks and ensure that you meet service deadlines
- Being agile and flexible to change, things move pretty quickly here
- Answering inbound calls for the Service Department promptly
- Making Service Appointments via phone and email
- Preparing repair orders and update customers details, ensuring accuracy of data recording
- Coordinating transport for Customers to and from the Dealership
- Liaising with the Workshop/ Parts Department and other front-line staff
- Performing clerical duties as required, scanning, filing, photocopying and general administration
- Other administrative duties as required by the Service Manager to support the Parts and Service Department
