About The Role
We currently have vacancies for experienced, motivated, Store Managers or 2ICs to join the team at locations throughout SA.
Your daily duties will involve but not be limited to:
- Working to set KPI's to meet and exceed targets
- Building rapport and effective relationships with customers & staff
- Being self-motivated and able to work autonomously
- Lead a team to positive success
- General admin, inventory management and operational duties
- A true understanding of business & staff management
- Flexibility to work a set or rotational roster - with full 7 day availability
Critical to your success will be an understanding of the Management and sales process from beginning to end, with the ability to engage and guide customers through the process to finding them the perfect night sleep. We are seeking true leaders with a positive outlook willing to create a special motivated team environment.

Along with your strong work ethic and previous experience you'll have/be:
