Behaviour Support Practitioner

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced BSP who is at either Core, Proficient, or Advanced Level. 

We also have a team of Advanced Behaviour Support professionals, allowing those looking for support and more training to build their proficiency here. 

If you are Advanced or above already, GREAT! You will be working with other Advanced and Specialist practitioners with the opportunity to support and provide supervision to your own team of practitioners. 

This mix of clinic, community, and school visits allows you to structure your week and provides flexibility. The Clinic is located in Hawthorne. 

The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families, Teens and Children. This is an organisation that is a BEACON for the community and an example to other providers on how to provide care that is family-centered. 

If you do have an interest in working accross the lifespan, with Autism. We are in the process of increasing the ages we work with. 

The clinic is centrally located and all community work will be within your local area, no more than 30 minutes of travel. 

Role Requirements:

• 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in Early Intervention - Behaviour Support.
• BSP - minimum core approval through NDIS. 
• Experience supporting families.
• Experience conducting functional Assessments
• A Heart for Children.
