The Role:
We are seeking an experienced BSP who has completed their NDIS certification at either Core, Proficient, or Advanced Level. The GREAT NEWS is that we have a team of Advanced and Specialist practitioners, allowing those at Core or Proficient to continue to advance and grow. Professional development is so important here.
If you are Advanced or above already, GREAT! You will be working with other Advanced and Specialist practitioners with the opportunity to support and provide supervision to your own team of practitioners.
This mix of clinic, community, and school visits allows you to structure your week and provides flexibility.
The programs provided here are of the highest standard, providing hope and relief for families and children. This is an organisation that is a BEACON for the community and an example to other providers on how to provide programs that are supportive, empathetic and evidence-based.
The clinic is centrally located and all community work will be within your local area, no more than 30 minutes of travel.
There is also a large of BCBA and CBA's here, offering the opportunity for people studying their Masters in ABA to go down this path.

Role Requirements:

• 4-year degree in a relevant field.
• Previous experience in Behaviour Support.
• BSP - minimum core approval through NDIS + 12 months experience.
• Experience supporting families.
• A Heart for Children and Adolescents who have Autism.
• Experience with Functional Assessments such as VB-MAPP
• Empathy as you work with families.

• Salary Package! 90k - 120k per year + 17k - 20k per year for every extra hour worked.
