This role is best suited to an experienced Behaviour Support Team Leader, one who is patient and considerate, a team player but also a confident leader with fantastic communications skills who is energetic, engaging and passionate.
Located in a beautiful spot, right near the beach, you will be located in the Hub of this organisation, where you will have all the support you need from your direct reports and the administration team to manage the operational and financial performance of your team.
With strong subject knowledge, experience and a calm but creative approach, you are confident of your understanding of NDIS practices and working as a NDIS provider. Additionally, you will have experience working with people who exhibit challenging behaviours and have a sound knowledge of health and safety requirements.
You must have the relevant tertiary qualifications along with your Disability Worker screening clearance and a Queensland Working with Children clearance.
