About the Role
Bid Coordination:
Lead the coordination of bid proposals from initiation to submission.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information for bids.
Ensure all bid requirements are met and submissions are timely and accurate.
Team Support:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the advisory team.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Coordinate internal meetings, facilitate communication, and update team members on project developments.
Document Management:
Organise and maintain bid-related documentation and resources.
Develop and update templates for consistent and efficient proposal creation.
Communication:
Serve as a liaison between internal teams to foster effective communication.
Draft and edit content for proposals, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Project Management or equivalent work experience.
Marketing degree/background favorable
Proven experience in bid coordination or a related role.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools.
