This position involves a diverse range of responsibilities: including ensuring compliance, fostering effective communication among internal teams and external partners, and providing valuable support to the bid team.
- Support Bid Manager by coordinating meetings, gathering team input, and aiding in proposal development.
- Assist in planning and coordinating the overall bidding process for efficiency.
- Monitoring timelines and deadlines to ensure that bid submissions are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
- Facilitate effective communication among internal teams, experts, and stakeholders.
- Conduct quality checks, monitor timelines, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality bid submissions.
Keen to get involved? You’ll just need some of the following:
- Outstanding communication skills, enabling tactful and effective interactions at all business levels.
- Experience with document management, organisation, and coordination tasks. Issue Resolution: Timely identification and resolution of issues related to bid coordination.
- Process Improvement: Proven track record of suggesting and implementing improvements in the bid process.
- Documentation Accuracy: Strong aptitude for suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance overall process efficiency.
- Familiarity with bid processes and proposal development (desirable)
- Previous experience working in a project coordination or administrative role, preferably in the IT industry
