We currently have an opportunity for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Perth on 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of going full time after this period.
About the Role:
This position will be responsible for the below functions:
- Management of the MTDATA asset tracking system
- Management of the fleet manager asset management system
- coordination of the new capex process.
- Actively participate in planning and scheduling of equipment servicing and maintenance in conjunction with Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Supervisors.
- Ensure Maintenance Registers are kept up to date and action any licences and permits that become due for renewal.
- Assist Maintenance Manager with review of Maintenance Procedures and produce documentation.
About you:

Ideally you will have:
- Previous experience in MTDATA and Fleet manager a must
- Previous scheduling and logistics exposure
- Previous exposure to Fleet management or working in an fleet management team
- Good written & verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft package, especially Excel and Outlook.
- High level computer skills
- Be organised and have great time management
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test and full medical.
