HERE'S WHERE YOU COME IN: Reporting to the Director - Sales and Marketing,you will be an integral member to our modest sized, impacting, Sales, and Marketing team. Your primary objective will be to win new business through the growth and development of our APAC operations. You will oversee the end-to-end bid / tendering process, identify the right opportunities and submit winning proposals. You will be responsible for formulating effective strategies for the bidding process, managing resources and ensuring compliance with client requirements.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:
- Identifying opportunities to tender for new business/develop existing business ensuring all bids are properly shaped and appropriate win themes and go/no-go processes are undertaken.
- Managing the tender response schedule accordingly through the production of project plans for the delivery of each tender, ensuring any potential barriers to delivering the tender on time are highlighted to the Director.
- Assemblage, leadership and management of a bid team for each tender, allocating responsibilities and timelines.
- Co-ordinate pricing strategies for tenders with relevant key internal stakeholders.
- Manage internal governance processes associated with opportunities based on risk, time schedule and cost.
- Support brand managers in bid presentations
- Manage stakeholder communications, queries, negotiations and post-tender interviews.
- Work with the global Customer Office/global colleagues to align approach, material and strategy.
