About the role
Tendered are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our team and lead the bid process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, compliance, resource allocation and workflow for the submission of bid responses.
Working closely with the company directors and internal teams, this important role will undertake the following key responsibilities:
What You’ll Do
- Leading and managing the planning, compliance, review and submission of bid responses
- Implement governance processes and bid practices, ensuring adherence and continuous improvement
- Meet with key client stakeholders to develop comprehensive bid strategies and win themes
- Collaborate with writing, coordination and sales teams to develop appropriate workflow strategies that align with bid requirements
- Ensuring bids are compliant and follow company procedures and governance
What You’ll Bring
- Possess experience in a bid management and, preferably, leadership position
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask priorities
- An emphasis on leadership and the ability to inspire and empower teams
- Must possess strong business acumen
- Academically inclined, with a high-achieving attitude

- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills - The ability to keep people to a timeline and interact with many different stakeholders
