The Role
Our in-house Bid Development team is vital to our success and we are excited to offer a new opportunity based in Melbourne. You’ll be part of a close-knit and highly supportive team and be exposed to a huge array of industry sectors, contributing to opportunities valued at up to $1B. This role has been created because of continued internal growth.
Reporting to the Manager, Bid Development, you will be responsible for writing key sections of bids, contributing to bid strategy, coordinating documents for submission, and interacting with key internal stakeholders. You’ll work closely with the writing team as well as the broader sales, marketing, and estimating team. You’ll have a regular interface with everyone from experts in the field to our internal GMs. And you’ll have an opportunity to make a name for yourself in a growing business and be recognised for your efforts.
What we are seeking
You should have 2+ years of professional experience in a related role, preferably with exposure to FM bid writing. You’ll thrive on working with others to develop outstanding content. And you will have a track record in achieving deadlines working with a range of stakeholders. A tertiary qualification is preferred.
Bid writing experience is also preferred but not a pre-requisite. We will teach you the bid writing craft and help you to hone your existing skills. This is a great place to cement a bid writing career.
