Ventia is seeking a full-time Senior Bid Writer to play a pivotal role in securing opportunities for our ANZ Infrastructure Services business. You will produce high quality bid content and work collaboratively with teams on multi-authored documents to meet strict deadlines.
This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth.

Duties:
As a Senior Bid Writer you will:
- Produce high-quality bid responses incorporating required content and key messages
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop sections
- Write targeted bid content from research and discussions
- Provide substantive and final editing within tight timeframes.
About You
To be considered for this role you must have:
- At least 5 years' experience preparing complex bids in a tier 1 infrasture Services or engineering bid environment
- Demonstrable professional level writing and editing skills
- Superior communication skills, including knowing when and how to communicate in the bid environment
- MS Word formatting skills (use of Styles and templates)
- Knowledge of the infrastructure industry.
Preferred attributes include:
- Professional writing/editing qualification
- Bid process training
- Experience in strategy, win theme and/or content development
- Ability to develop supporting imagery/graphics.
