As Bids & Marketing Lead, you’ll be responsible for the planning, management & production of new business submissions & marketing presentations. You’ll have a national scope allowing you to directly engage with senior business leaders with the support of your dedicated, welcoming & growing New Business team. The purpose of this role is to produce high-quality bid submissions to our clients. This role plays an integral part in winning projects for our business.
Role Description
You'll also be responsible for:
- Creating proposals and tender documentation, that demonstrates the businesses value proposition to prospective clients.
- Developing visuals, graphics and written content for bid submissions. You'll need to understand the project brief, and articulate the businesses unique selling points to clients in a concise and persuasive manner.
- Tracking upcoming tender opportunities and completed panel submissions, through various client portals.
- Developing and maintaining general marketing material to support bids and client enquiries, such as capability statements and case studies.
To be successful in this role, you’ll need demonstrated experience working in a professional services organisation. This could be in a marketing, legal, accounting, PR, communications or other service-related firm. Stakeholder management is the key to this role, so you'll also need:
- To invest time into understanding each Directors' business units, their clientele and what creates a winning bid for their projects.
- The ability to produce sales-related content, capturing the businesses unique selling points and demonstrating our understanding of our clients needs. This means partnering with each Director to understand their unique client requirements.
- To bring a creative flair and approach to bid submissions - being able to craft messaging and produce engaging content that captures the attention of clients.
