AddressWe are currently seeking a Male Support Worker who can speak in Serbian to join our team in Botany.
This position requires the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Serbian, as you will be providing support and assistance to individuals who primarily speak Serbian.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with their daily activities, such as personal care, and meal preparation.
- Promote independence and ensure the well-being of the individuals under your care.
- Provide physical and emotional support to individuals with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or mental health conditions.
- Previous experience working in a similar role and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Fluency in English and Serbian
- Experience in manual handling
Qualifications:
- Current Driver's License and Reliable Vehicle
- Current First Aid/CPR Certificate
- Valid Police Check
- Valid WWCC
- Valid NDIS Screen Check
- Covid Vaccinated
