We are seeking compassionate and dedicated NDIS Support Workers to join our team. As an NDIS Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with disabilities, assisting them in achieving their goals and enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Providing direct support to NDIS participants in their homes or within the community.
- Assisting with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
- Implementing individualized support plans and documenting progress.
- Facilitating community engagement and promoting social inclusion.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
- Experience working in disability support or a related field preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with individuals with diverse needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo relevant background checks and training.
- Vehicle is a must.
