- Manage and respond to billing queries via telephone and email from internal
- Action allocated emails and queries from the inbox and escalate things when
- Manage standard set up and maintenance of customer information in the
- Schedule invoices in the system – contract fees, chargebacks and disbursement
- Process assigned approved credit request and re-issue invoices accordingly
- Process change request for particular invoices (e.g. Change of invoicing person
- Action change requirements during Mid-month and EOM invoicing run
- Any ad hoc billing requests
