The Role
Join us as a
Billing Analyst at our Contract Logistics facility in
Fairfield. This crucial role is central to the organization's ability to analyze data and processes to develop cost-effective, timely, efficient, and high-quality billing solutions. You'll play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and identifying opportunities for RPA optimisation.
Please note this role will be a 12-month fixed term contract.
Role Highlights:
Collect and analyze customer activity data from various Warehouse Management Systems to accurately calculate billing
Reconcile billing with customer contracted rates and efficiently resolve queries and complaints
Manage month-end processing, review monthly P&L, and analyze performance against budget
Oversee the onboarding process, prepare billing templates, and conduct annual performance reviews
Maintain and update customer master files and SOPs
Work closely with operations staff and visit customer sites to ensure seamless transaction flows
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong knowledge of finance and P&L management
Business acumen, with a solid grasp of industry operations and legislation
A Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
Exceptional communication and customer service skills, coupled with a positive attitude
Advanced skills in SAP and Microsoft Excel and Word
Prior experience in the logistics or supply chain industry would be a bonus!
