The company
Zoom Recruitment are partnering with a leading ASX listed energy infrastructure company. They manage and operate a diverse portfolio of gas, electricity, solar and wind assets across Australia.
Currently, this business delivers approximately half of the nation’s natural gas usage through extensive pipeline networks and connects Victoria to South Australia and New South Wales with Queensland through their electricity transmission assets.
They are also proud to be one of the largest owners and operators of renewable power generation assets in Australia, with wind and solar projects across the country.
The Role
We currently have an exciting opportunity in Adelaide to work in the businesses Billings Team which is responsible for ensuring all meters are read and customers are billed for the 1.5M customer sites they manage on behalf of the network owners.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring, checking, and instigating follow up meter readings to ensure accurate charges to retailers
- High volume data entry
- Analysing and resolving discrepancies
- Processing and updating Retailer information and reports
- Entering meter read details. For instance, Special reads.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- High attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and investigate discrepancies
- Good computer skills including MS Word & Excel
- Proven ability to identify and prioritise workloads to ensure daily schedules are completed on time
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively autonomously or within a team
