About the role:
To provide administrative support for the organisation’s quality systems. Assist the Director of Business Operations to ensure that the organisation meets it quality and compliance requirements and that there is a deep-embedded culture of continuous improvement
Responsibilities of the role:
- Administer the clinical auditing on Leecare
- Conduct audits or components of audits as directed by Director Business Operations
- Conduct quality surveys in residential home
- Conduct residential satisfaction and star rating survey
- Collect and collate quality indicators
- Attend residential meetings
- Enter continues improvement information for clinical team
- Assist Director Business Operations to develop monthly Quality Report
- Assist the Care Manager in clinical data analysis
- Assist the Director of Nursing and Care Services in clinical data analysis
- Assist Director Business Operations with staff orientation and induction to quality program
- Assist Director Business Operations with staff education on quality related issues
- Assist Director Business Operations with responses to ACQSC Reports
- Assist Director Business Operations with onsite ACQSC visits
- Assist Director Business Operations with administration of feedback system and service improvement for residential home
- Any other duties within the scope of skills, as directed by the Director of Business Operations.

Desirable:
Proven experience in Quality Management.
Experience in the aged care sector.
Knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Accreditation process.
