We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Billing Operations team as a Senior Advisor for 12 months.
The team is responsible for the delivery of high-impact business initiatives, improvement projects, and solutions focussing on billing and revenue collection. This is an excellent opportunity to be working with a very high-performing team.
What will the role involve
- An opportunity to manage business assignments and projects ranging from quick wins to more complex, high-impact projects, all with a focus on enhancing the customer experience.
- Undertake analysing and interpret business and performance data to influence change.
- Reviewing and improving business processes and practices as well as ensuring corporate and regulatory compliance
You will have experience in project management, and the ability to promote high-impact business change and improvements to deliver improved customer service and cost savings throughout the business.
In addition, the successful candidate will be energetic and creative with a proven track record of success and have:
- Broad knowledge of business process analysis with the ability to identify areas of opportunity.
- Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
- A self-motivated individual with the ability to think outside the box and can adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to present data to a variety of audiences along with recommendations and be able to implement quick wins.
- Advanced skills in Excel, with the ability to extract, manipulate and analyse data.
- Experience in business or continuous improvement projects
- Project Management/ Change management experience
