If you have relevant leadership experience, a genuine interest in how infrastructure assets work, and you are capable of learning quickly, then consider this as your next career move!How would you use your skills?You will have oversight for all our water, and wastewater operations throughout the Goldfields District, including the operation and maintenance of complex water treatment plants in the Northern Goldfields, and need your leadership skills to run the District smoothly.This role can be challenging. You will build strong stakeholder relationships to make sure we meet environmental safety and water quality requirements.You will demonstrate outstanding leadership capabilities in a dynamic environment while ensuring operational outcomes are achieved.It is imperative that you understand and believe in the importance of safety, with experience demonstrating safety as the most important element of success.This won’t be your first rodeo in a leadership role. We are looking for someone with substantial experience and the right leadership capabilities who can take the reigns with the right attitude and philosophy. You will have the aptitude to influence your team leaders across the Goldfields district.In the first few months of stepping into the role, you will build positive trusting relationships with the team.
