Form of workOur client is a leader in the field of Medical Devices and as the organisation grows rapidly, they have opportunities within their team. We are looking for switched on candidates who are seeking to work within a large, dynamic and high achieving team.
Duties:
- Liaise with engineers and other staff to determine documentation content and structure
- Design and implement queries, procedures and reports to address customer requests and project requirements
- Gather inputs from stakeholders and elevate at-risk findings to senior management
- Perform other duties as may be directed by Senior Management from time to time
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Science or engineering-based degree
- Some experience in the medical device field is desirable
- Some experience in customer service is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy; you will be computer savvy
- Ability to multitask, attention to detail and analytical skills are essential
