- Oversee daily bistro operations to ensure exceptional service standards
- Staff training and development, including creating effective rosters to ensure operational efficiency
- Managing food and beverage inventories with a keen eye on cost optimization
- Spearheading marketing efforts for functions and events to drive bistro patronage
- Collaborating with the head chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of the house.
- Leading by example and actively engaging with customers to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Possess a strong understanding of food costs, rostering, staff training, and overall operational management
- Demonstrated ability to execute successful functions and events, alongside effective marketing strategies
- Focused on overall business improvement through the use of systems, training, and customer experience enhancement
- Possess strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Display proven ability to make decisions and problem-solve
