Drive Personnel is looking for Blaster Painter and Poly Welders for various shutdown and project schedules with well-respected construction, maintenance, and electrical clients.
As a Blaster Painter, you'll prepare surfaces for painting and apply paint to various mining equipment during shutdowns. You'll need to be able to work quickly and efficiently to ensure that all equipment is painted to the highest standard in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you should have experience in blasting and painting in an industrial setting, preferably within the mining industry. You should also be able to work well within a team and communicate effectively with other workers.
As a Poly Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating various polyethylene components used in industrial applications. Your duties will include interpreting blueprints and specifications, operating welding equipment safely and efficiently, and ensuring the quality and integrity of welded joints.
Requirements:
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate
- Australian Drivers Licence
- Construction Induction/Blue or White Card
- Enter and Work in a Confined Space
- Work Safely at Heights
- HRWL
