- Will suit governance experts who recognise and appreciate the value of education
The Position
Eminent Catholic schools organisation, Edmund Rice Education Australia NSW Colleges Ltd, seeks to appoint commercially astute governance experts to its skills based Board. Bringing legal and/or financial expertise, the new Board Directors will contribute to building and embedding excellence in structures, policies and budgets for the seven EREA campuses located across Greater Sydney, Wollongong and Gosford.
Operating within significant complexity, EREA has a rich heritage and a bright future in NSW. Equipped with specialised legal and/or finance skills, the new Board Directors will have strong strategic visioning ability that enables fellow Directors and the broader stakeholder community to readily envision the future. Contemporary in thinking and in behaviour, they will be critical system thinkers who welcome diverse opinions and are prepared to continually challenge themselves.
These voluntary positions will suit people who recognise and appreciate the value of education. First time Board Directors will be considered. An alignment to Catholic faith is highly desirable.
