About the Opportunity
At ECH, we enable our clients to live confidently and comfortable within their own home. Registered nurses play a critical part in providing clients the care and treatment that enables them to live their best lives at home as they age. We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our Nursing team and be a part of the multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing nursing care to individuals in a home setting, with strong emphasis on patient-centred care. This role, working autonomously, will maximise your clinical skills and provide that work life balance you are looking for.
About You
You have previous experience in providing nursing assessments including complex wound care, end of life care, personal and lifestyle care, with accurate and timely documentation.
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You will be registered as a Nurse within the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
You take ownership of your work and consciously seek learning opportunities that contributes and innovates your work.
