About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for passionate and skilled HR Office Manager/Corporate Administrator to join our fun and hardworking HR team in Brisbane.
Supporting our central HR team you will add value by providing reliable and confidential administrative support in order to enhance our people related processes, policies, practices and experiences. This role is also responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of reception duties and site administration for our South Brisbane office.
Reporting to the Head of HR - Corporate, your key tasks will include;
- Support the on-boarding and induction of new employees, including liaising with managers to optimise the experience.
- Assist the recruitment process by coordinating documentation and interviews when required including conducting phone screens, reference checks, documentation and interviews for HQ.
- Primary liaison with Building Management regarding building maintenance issues and liaise with cleaning contractors as necessary.
- Management of all visitors and deliveries/couriers.
- Ordering and inventory management including purchase orders for stationery and kitchen products.
- Provision of general reception and administration support.
About you:
In order to set yourself up for success in this role it would be ideal if you had demonstrated experience delivering the core tasks above as well as;
- The ability to balance multiple tasks, manage interruptions and competing priorities effectively.
- A high level customer service focus with proficient written and oral communications skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the capability to query if something doesn’t make sense.
- Self-motivation and able to work autonomously as part of the bigger team
- Adaptable and flexible attitude.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Ability to understand and maintain principles of confidentiality.
- Relevant experience and an interest in Human Resources would be ideal.
