Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Structural Steel Fabricators and welders. You will fabricate, assemble and weld steel components based on blueprints and specifications, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fabrication & Assembly: Use technical drawings to fabricate structural steel components.
- Welding & Cutting: Perform MIG, and ARC welding and cutting operations.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of quality in all fabricated components.
- Equipment Maintenance: Keep fabrication tools and equipment in optimal condition.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project managers and engineers.
- Safety Compliance: Follow health and safety regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Fabricators - Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade
- Welders - Certification to Weld to AS/NZS 1554
- Proven experience in structural steel fabrication.
- Proficient in MIG flux core
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good physical condition for the job's demands.
