Boning Room Manager (Beef)

Successful Boning Room Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities, ensuring optimal production output while adhering to my client's policies related to Workplace Health and Safety (WHS), Quality Assurance, Environmental Standards, and HR systems.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and clear direction to the production team.
• Plan, organise, and execute daily operations to meet or exceed company expectations.
• Increase production efficiency while controlling costs and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure timely delivery of production targets and maintain product quality.
• Manage employee performance, development, and engagement effectively.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilise assets to produce optimal results.
• Monitor operations and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Uphold and promote a strong plant safety culture and compliance with safety policies.
• Address workforce challenges and promote a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum two years of supervisory experience or similar role preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Technical knowledge of meat processing, product presentation, and food safety practices.
• Dependable and flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.
