Job Type: Part time Book Keeper, Monday am, Friday am and end of month

Location: Kallangur

Job Summary:

       Cash reconciliation                      Preparing banking

       Bank statement reconciliation      Process receipts

      Processing payment of accounts   Refilling on site ATM

       Wages processing  including superannuation payments                      

        Data entry into accounting packages Currently Zero and NAB Connect

        Work with treasurer to produce and analyse financial reports, ensuring             legal compliance

Skills required:

    Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable                   receivable principles

    Proficiency with MS Office, Zero Accounting, NAB Accounting, Payroll               processing
