Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager in our property compliance team, you will be instrumental in driving our sales and client relationship efforts. Your role will include:
- Strategic Sales Planning: Creating and executing effective sales strategies tailored to the property compliance sector.
- Client Relationship Management: Establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with real estate agencies, ensuring their compliance needs are met with the utmost professionalism.
- Market Analysis: Actively researching market trends to identify new opportunities and understand client requirements.
- Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Collaborating closely with marketing and senior management to develop strategic pitches and enhance business growth.
- Feedback and Reporting: Providing comprehensive feedback and reports to senior management regarding sales performance and market insights.
Key Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in a Business Development or Sales role, preferably in the real estate or compliance sectors. (minimum 2-5 years desirable)
- Demonstrated evidence of leadership in projects that result in revenue generation within a rapidly changing, complex and competitive business environment.
- Demonstrated evidence of leading a small team
- Experience in the Construction and/or Building industry in relation to maintenance requirements, desirable
- In-depth knowledge of compliance in rental properties.
- A strong track record in real estate sales or as a BDM is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or a related field.
For the successful Candidate we offer:
