Position Flexibility
The structure of this position enables us to offer some flexibility in relation to locations and working hours for the right candidate. We are open to talking to candidates interested in a full time position, a part time position or even a hybrid position with the ability to both from the office and remotely. We also offer options to work from either our Springwood or Coorparoo offices.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Bookkeeper at Zevesto Property Group, you will be responsible for:
Financial Transactions: Handle day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and expense tracking.
Payroll Management: Manage and process weekly payroll including sales commissions and bonus payments.
Manage Trust Account Transactions: Handle day-to-day trust account transactions including daily receipting, reconciliations and disbursements.
Have an Extensive Understanding of Xero: Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Xero to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Manage Sales Contract Administration: Process and monitor sales listings, contracts, settlements and sales commissions.
BAS Lodgements: Prepare and submit Business Activity Statements (BAS) in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Produce Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and statements to provide insights into the company's financial performance.
Ensure Data Accuracy: Maintain accurate and organise financial records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible.
Be a Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with our management team and sales agents, and management to support the financial needs of the real estate office.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, preferably in a real estate or similar setting.
- Proficiency in using Xero for bookkeeping tasks.
- Proven experience processing payroll.
- Strong understanding of BAS lodgements and relevant tax regulations.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills.
