About the role
The Bookings & Enquiry team is central to supporting service operations within Anglicare WA, providing a centralised, phone-based support to facilitate the community to access our services across Western Australia. As a Bookings & Enquiries Officer, you will be the first point of contact for people wanting to use our services and will undertake a screening process to determine eligibility for service, booking them into the relevant service and make warm referrals to internal and external services to assist clients with ongoing needs. Additionally, you will oversee client waitlists, making bookings for clients to access Anglicare WA services.

What you will bring
You are a passionate and talented individual who is driven to deliver quality services to our clients.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise, plan work and maintain accurate records
- Demonstrated ability to efficiently identify client needs, assess risk and prioritise accordingly
- Well-developed computer skills (MS Word, MS Outlook, client management system)
- Ability to be flexible, demonstrate initiative and work effectively under pressure, using effective de-escalation techniques
The successful candidate must possess a current National Police Clearance valid within one year and a WA Working with Children Card.

- Salary starting from $70,196 pro rate + 11% superannuation
- Salary packaging of up to $15,900 (which equates to circa $4K after tax) plus additional salary packaging of up to $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses
