Workforce International are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Bookings Officer to join our clients team, located in Kewdale.This role primarily involves utilising computer systems and excellent organisational skills to manage bookings and customer inquiries efficiently.
Hours: 9am / 5pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Answering phones to address general customer service queries in a friendly and professional manner
- Sorting paperwork accurately to meet store deadlines and ensure seamless operations
- Monitoring, responding to, and actioning email requests promptly and accurately.
- Submitting email and online delivery requests according to receiver requirements.
- Making outbound calls to customers to arrange deliveries and follow up on outstanding requests.
- Assisting in filling in other roles within the office as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident telephone and email manner
- Transport experience is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
