Bookings Officer

Workforce International are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-orientated Bookings Officer to join our clients team, located in Kewdale.This role primarily involves utilising computer systems and excellent organisational skills to manage bookings and customer inquiries efficiently.

Hours:  9am / 5pm Monday to Friday 

Responsibilities: 

• Answering phones to address general customer service queries in a friendly and professional manner
• Sorting paperwork accurately to meet store deadlines and ensure seamless operations
• Monitoring, responding to, and actioning email requests promptly and accurately.
• Submitting email and online delivery requests according to receiver requirements.
• Making outbound calls to customers to arrange deliveries and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Assisting in filling in other roles within the office as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

Requirements: 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional, and confident telephone and email manner
• Transport experience is preferred but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
