Job Description:
As the first point of contact with our small business, the role is to welcome Clients with a confident and professional manner and schedule Building Inspections using our established systems. The initial request will then require co-ordination with Real Estate Agents to book the inspection time and issue preliminary documents.
Location:
This is a remote role- no fixed office attendance required.
Casual/flexible work hours Monday - Friday
Officer will be responsible for:
- First point of contact phone, text and email enquiries.
- Scheduling the daily runs for the inspector (only one inspector currently).
- Issuing invoices and agreement form for each job.
- Liaising with clients and real estate agent for appointment times.
- Managing email box and filing documents.

Essential Skills:
- An assertive and professional nature.
- Customer service with excellent communication, written and listening skills.
- Confident telephone etiquette with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivated.
- Knowledge in software package Xero and Service M8 (not required but an advantage).
Supplementary Skills (not essential but may be beneficial):
- Social media creation, targeted marketing and management- Instagram & FB.
- New business lead generation- target market only.
