We’re on the hunt for an Experienced Bookkeeper

• 15.2 - 22.8 hours a week with the potential for fulltime

As a systemised business and we operate using clearly laid out workflows for all of our processes so we know exactly where each client file is at in a moments notice. We don’t wear itchy brown suits, we don’t gasp when you swear and we don’t do ‘just books’. We’re a dynamic and mighty team here to make our clients lives easier, and have a bit of fun while we are at it.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about people and that takes pride in what they do on a daily basis. Someone that loves to jump out of bed each day and take life by the balls.

We work hard but we have a whole lot of fun doing it and support each other each step of the way.

The Role:

• End to end bookkeeping duties for various clients
  • Payroll // Superannuation .. PAYG
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
  • Reporting
  • BAS Prep
  • Monthly reconciliations and reviews
  • Banks Recs
• Were a paperless business so 
• Support other team members 
• Work on policies & procedures

Your skills/experience 

• Minimum Certificate IV Bookkeeping
• 4+ Years experience as a Bookkeeper
• Must be comfortable with Xero
• Tech savvy
• Ability to work on complex reconciliations unassisted
• Someone who can work autonomously
• Provide guidance/training for colleagues studying
• High level attention to detail
• Keen problem solver

We are looking for someone that has the experience and ability to jump from client to client without stress, someome who can work alone but also doesn’t mind jumping in to help out their team mates in busy periods, when they need a holiday or when their kids are sick!
