With Retail Zoo’s brands continuing to expand, we require the services of a talented Digital Communications Coordinator - Boost Juice!
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Boost Juice, you will responsible for all customer facing digital communications and social media for the Boost Juice brand.
In a nutshell, you will be:
- Responsible for all customer facing digital communications including email, in-App and App-pushes for the Boost Juice
- Responsible for managing the social media function in conjunction with our external social media agency
- Project managing website updates, including conducting a website audit and briefing in development with Retail Zoo Digital team
- Working with the Strategic Local Area Marketing (SLAM) Coordinator to brief in social media for upcoming campaigns and ad hoc SLAM activities
- Assisting in the development of a Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) for each National Campaign, including measurement and reporting of digital marketing activities against goals (ROI and KPIs)
We think the candidate of our dreams will have:
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role (agency or client side)
- Live and breathe all things digital and social
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An understanding of a CRM platform (preferably Braze)
- Demonstrable experience in Facebook Ad Manager
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Demonstrated understanding of the Australian Privacy Principles
- The ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Passion, energy and a solution-oriented attitude
