Senior Bookkeeper role with a well known Tasmanian business based 45 minutes outside of Launceston

They are currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper to join their exceptional team at their site office.
Your new role
This position will encompass a broad range of bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, monthly reporting, BAS, bank reconciliations and product costing. In addition to this core element, you will also work closely with the leadership team to ensure strong collaboration between the different departments and participation in the creative processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant for this position will be an experienced Bookkeeper with the following characteristics:- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Competency in Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Desire to work closely with and become part of the core element of a small team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong initiative and a proactive nature
- Ability to work across the December – January peak period
